Bach flowers are similar to homeopathy in the way that they contain 0% of the actual flower or tree used but instead hold the emotional vibration of the plant which works on the subtle emotional body.
Essences do contain alcohol for purposes of preserving emotional vibration. Do not take if you are a recovering alcoholic. You can receive similar benefits from looking at the plant, spending time in nature with the plant or meditating on the plant.
During the session you’ll answer 6 questions regarding the emotional imbalances and life experiences your working through and Jennifer will muscle test which essence will support you and help you to regain a state of emotional balance.

How it works:
Have you ever sat down to meditate and felt like you couldn’t quiet the mind or go deep enough to receive the benefits everyone else is always talking about? Working with Jennifer An you’ll receive a deeper understanding of how to connect with your higher self in your meditation practice and return to the natural state of balance and well-being that is here for you, now.
Each session will begin with a virtual connection with Jennifer to answer the same 4 questions each day to reflect on your experience review what you’re working on in your life. The sessions are completed in 4 or 6 consecutive days, sitting together in silence and virtually connecting before and after each session. Each day Jennifer provides you with written feedback from the session to help you understand what you experienced and go deeper into your practice each day.

What to expect:
Since we are not in the same physical location, it is helpful to symbolically begin and end each session in the same way each time, for example, lighting and blowing out a candle or sitting in the same location and dimming the lights. Choose a location to sit or lay down in the same location each day (if possible) where you won’t be disturbed. Keep a glass of water near you so if you are thirsty you don’t need to get up.
During the session you will sit or lay down in silence, watching the breath and allowing the thoughts and feelings that cross your awareness to move through you, neither holding onto them or judging them. If pain arises in the body, speak out loud or silently what is happening in order to communicate with the master healers that will be present to hear and help with anything that comes up in the moment. Return to the breath and present moment throughout the session each time the mind runs away. This is the practice. We hold may memories within the body and many times this pain will arise via thoughts or memories during a meditation session; this is how the healing occurs. Acknowledge what arises, be willing to forgive what is shown to you and then let it go and return the awareness to the present moment and to the breath.
During the session Jennifer will also be in silence, seeing your mind and body as it already is in Truth, completely healed, whole and complete. She will hold the intention for all past programming to be dissolved and eliminated as your body returns to its natural state of health and well-being.

How do I “let it go”?
Joe wrote me and said, “People all the time tell me, “Joe, you just have to let it go” and it drives me nuts! I do not know how to do that. The problem with giving someone advice like that is that when the only practical steps to get to the destination is the destination itself, it only serves to frustrate and discourage. i.e. “How do I let it go?” Response, “By letting it go”; I find that wholly unhelpful and it usually makes me feel like an idiot because it seems like it’s supposed to be this easy thing to do and it isn’t for me.
Response: Joe, remember not to get too attached to any emotion you may feel as we move through these days together. Simply because you are experiencing a feeling now, doesn’t mean it won’t change in the next moment. Remember also that we have no need to let go of something that we are not clinging to in the first place.
Joe’s experience of day 3 session: “I found this session to be one of the best yet. Having had a challenging day, ending it with a meditation where I knew someone was sending me their positive energy and intentions was even more uplifting than I expected. I alternated between a standard sitting pose and leaning forward onto the mat resting my forehead on the ground. I found this to be especially helpful when I sat back up. At one point I had the image of myself climbing out of a hole into an open field with bright sunlight. Jennifer was standing at the top of the hole with a hand out-stretched telling me that I made it out. It was very encouraging.”
